Colemanite

Colemanite is a colorless to white borate mineral known for its vitreous to pearly luster. Found primarily in the United States, particularly in California, it forms in evaporite deposits. With a Mohs hardness of 4.5, Colemanite has good cleavage and a brittle nature. It is primarily used as a source of boron in various industrial applications.
