  • How do I see the status of my order?

    To view the status of your order online using a desktop browser

    1. Click on "My Account" in the top navigation bar of this website and then click on “My Account” again in the popup that appears.
      1. If "My Account" does not appear, you will need to click on "Login/Register" and log in to your account first.

    To view the status of your order on a mobile browser

    1. Click on the Menu icon (three horizontal lines stacked on top of each other) in the top left-hand corner of the website.
    2. At the bottom of the menu now open, click on the “My Account” link
      1. If "My Account" does not appear, you will need to click on "Login/Register" and log in to your account first.

    Now in the “My Account” section of the website

    1. You can click on the “Order History” link on the left of the page when viewing on a desktop browser or at the top of the page when viewing on a mobile browser to see your order history. Orders are listed with most recent at the top of the list.
